The conferring of personal details is obligatory in order to allow the agency to carry out contractual, administrative and fiscal obligations required by law, while it is optional as far as promotional and commercial ends are concerned.

The personal details will not be the object of communication and/or diffusion to third parties unless in compliance with legal and/or contractual obligations and will be the object of treatment for the entire duration of the established contractual relationship and, subsequently, out of respect for the legal requirements and for future commercial purposes.
