All Tuscany Luxury Tours provides private transportation and tour services throughout Italy.
We are not a travel agency or tour operator and do not sell packaged travel services that include accommodation, meals, or third-party activities. We may offer recommendations, but these are provided for guidance only.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed once agreed in writing via email or other communication channels.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all booking details provided are accurate.

3. Payments

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.
The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Up to 1 month before the service: no charge
  • 1 month to 2 weeks before: 20% of total cost
  • 2 weeks to 1 week before: 30% of total cost
  • 1 week before: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 1 week to 48 hours before: 70% of total cost
  • Less than 48 hours before or no-show: 100% of total cost

5. Changes to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate any changes to bookings, subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.

6. Liability

While we take every care to provide a reliable and high-quality service, All Tuscany Luxury Tours cannot be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Changes or cancellations due to events beyond our control
  • Services provided by third parties

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Being ready at the agreed pick-up time
  • Providing accurate information
  • Respecting local laws and regulations

Failure to comply may result in reduced or cancelled service without refund.

8. Third-Party Services

Where we recommend or assist with third-party services (such as restaurants, wineries, or guides), these services are subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the performance of third-party providers.
